The second annual Tampa Bay Veg Fest is quickly approaching. On October 15th, join the fun at beautiful Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park in downtown Tampa.

This year’s event will be even better than last with a bigger location, more sponsors, and a diverse group of vendors.
Last year, Jena and I went and enjoyed snatching up copious amounts of samples, soaking up the sun, and listening to folk songs all about going veg – “I like farm animals” and “I’m made from seeds” were chart topping songs!

I suggest you arrive early. This not only means you have more time to meet and mingle with fellow veg-friendly folks, but it allows you to snatch up all the yummy freebies before the masses arrive.
Check out my post from Tampa Bay’s 1st Annual Veg Fest.
Get excited! This is a big deal for our city.
Be well,
Carolyn
